摘 要:本文阐述了职业弹性的内涵,分析了职业弹性的结构,从职业弹性的测量方法、影响因素及其作用三个方面对职业弹性的研究现状进行了综述,并提出了今后研究的方向。Along with the development of economy, the employees'career paradigm have changed a lot. Career resilience plays an important role in this transition ,which has drew profound attention. Based on understanding the connotation of career resilience, this paper analyses its construction. Then discusses the current research on career resilience from the following aspects : the measure instruments of career resilience ; the factors that influence on it as well as the positive effect of career resilience. Moreover, this paper provides some issues that should be paid more attention to in future.
