中药清热消炎固齿缓释剂治疗慢性牙周炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究慢性牙周炎患者局部应用中药清热消炎固齿缓释剂的临床疗效。方法:随机选择慢性牙周炎患者90颗患牙配对分组,随机分为试验组30颗、阴性对照组30颗和阳性对照组30颗。试验组用清热消炎固齿缓释剂,阳性对照组用盐酸二甲胺四环素软膏(MINO),阴性对照组不放任何药物。试验过程中记录下述4个指标:牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周袋深度(PD)和附着丧失(AL),在一个月后进行观察对比,并进行统计学分析。结果:试验组GI、PD、SBI和AL均有改善。临床疗效的综合评定与阴性对照组相比差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:应用清热消炎固齿缓释剂辅助治疗慢性牙周炎疗效显著。特别是对有深牙周袋和探诊出血明显患者,疗效更好。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of the traditional chinese medicine Qingre Xiaoyan Guchi slow-release delivery agent for the treatment of chronic periodontitis. METHODS 45 patients suffering from chronic with chronic periodontitis with 90 teeth randomized into three groups（the experimental group , the positive group and the negative group）, each group contains 30 teeth. The experimental group was treated with Qingre Xiaoyan Guchi slow release delivery agent, the positive group was treated with minoeyeline（M1NO） unguent and the negative group without treatment. All clinical parameters ineluding gingival index（GI）, sulcus bleeding index（SBI）, probing depth（PD） and attachment loss（AL） were recorded after the basic treatment. All clinical parameters were compared and analyzed after one month.RESULTS Compared with the other groups, the experimental group showed significant differences in improvement of GI, SBI, PD, AL and evaluation of clinical effect. CONCLUSION Using Qingre Xiaoyan Guehi slow-release delivery agent as the auxiliary treatment for chronic periodontitis had significant therapeutic effect, especially in treating these patients with deep PD.
