摘　　要：随着信息产业(IT)的蓬勃发展,计算机电话集成技术CTI及其相关产业得以迅速的发展,并大量应用于社会生活的各个方面。通过深入研究CTI技术,结合射频识别RFID技术、语音转换技术、面向对象的多线程和socket编程技术以及PSTN通信网的应用原理,在VC++6.0平台下构建了一套智能亲情电话管理系统ITMS,实现了狱警对监狱服刑人员拨打电话的便捷管理。该系统已经得以应用,用户反映良好,给监狱的管理带来了极大的方便。With the fast growth of IT industries,the CTI-related industries have achieved great progress and been used in many aspects of social life.This paper,with the study of computer telephone integration（CTI） technique and in combination of the application principles for radio frequency identification technology（RFID）,speech-to-speech transformation,object-oriented multithreading and socket programming and public switched telephone network an intelligent telephone management system on the platform of Microsoft Visual C＋＋ is proposed and constructed.This system realizes the convenient management by the guard on the prisoner＇s call.The experimental application indicates that the intelligent telephone management system is extremely convenient to the user.
