注射用甘氨双唑钠对宫颈癌术后放疗后复发放疗增敏作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察注射用甘氨双唑钠对宫颈癌术后根治性放疗后盆腔复发患者再程放疗的增敏效果、毒副反应和患者生存率。方法:收集2005-01-2009-04宫颈癌术后根治性放疗后局限于盆腔复发的患者共60例,按照病例-对照方法分为两组;两组患者均采用三维适形放疗,其中放疗过程中增敏组同期静脉滴入注射用甘氨双唑钠增敏(800 mg/m2),两组患者进行随访比较。结果:增敏组患者放疗第4、6周、放疗后3、12个月的肿瘤缓解率分别是56.7%、83.3%、90.0%和90.0%,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;增敏组1年生存率为56.7%,均较对照组(26.7%)明显提高,两组相比差异有统计学意义;两组患者止痛效果均明显,毒副反应差异无统计学意义。结论:注射用甘氨双唑钠对宫颈癌术后放疗后盆腔复发放疗有较肯定的放射增敏作用。OBJECTIVE： To observe the sensitization effect,toxicity and survival rate of CMNa for patients who suffered from cervical cancer and recurred at cavitas pelvis after operative radiotherapy.METHODS：A total of 60 patients who suffered from cervical cancer and limited recurrence at cavitas pelvis after operative radiotherapy from January 2005 to April 2009 were divided into two groups according to the case and control method.The patients in the two groups both received three dimensional conformal radiation therapy while the sensitization group adding CMNa（800 mg/m^2）for sensitization.The follow-up results of the two groups were compared.RESULTS： The tumor remission rate of patients in the sensitization group at post-radiotherapy 4 weeks,6 weeks,3 months and 12 months were 56.7%,83.3%,90.0% and 90.0% respectively,which had significant statistic difference compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.1-year survival rate of patients in the sensitization group was 56.7%,while that was 26.7% in the control group which increased obviously and had significant statistic difference between the two groups.The patients in both groups had obvious analgesic effect and there was no significant difference in toxicity between two groups.CONCLUSION：CMNa has positive radiotherapy sensitization for patients with cervical cancer and recurred at cavitas pelvis after operation and radiotherapy.
