2009年北京市朝阳区视残原因调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析2009年7月至2009年9月共检查的458人视残的原因。方法先由街道筛查,再由经过专门视力残疾鉴定培训的眼科医生对其进行视功能(视力、视野)、裂隙灯显微镜、屈光状态、眼底检查,判断出其最主要的1～2个致残原因,并在统一发放的《北京市残疾人证申领审批登记表》上进行填写。结果共调查出盲人126人(27.5%),低视力332人(72.5%),低视力与盲比为2.63∶1,导致视残的原因分别为白内障160人(34.93%)、高度近视128人(27.94%)、遗传先天异常69人(15.07%)、糖尿病性视网膜病变39人(8.52%)、外伤18人(3.93%)、角膜病12人(2.62%)、视网膜视神经疾病10人(2.18%)、视网膜脱离9人(1.97%)、青光眼6人(1.31%)、弱视5人(1.09%)、原因不明2人(0.44%)。结论朝阳区部分地区视残的首要原因为白内障。OBJECTIVE To analyze the causes of 458 visual disability （the blindness and low vision） patients investigated from July 2009 to September 2009. METHODS Patients were selected by local district first and most of them with original certificate of disability. Then ophthalmologists who were trained by visual disability de-partment checked their eyes,（including visual acuity,visual field,slit lamp,and the fundus） and analyzed the causes of low vision and blindness. Finally filled out the form for Beijing disabilities＇. RESULTS There were 126 （27.5%） blind persons while 332 low vision persons （72.5%）. The proportion of low vision to blindness was 2.63. The causes of visual disability were cataract （160 persons,34.93%） ,high myopia （128 persons,27.94%）,hereditary / congenital diseases （69 persons ,15.07%）,diabetes retinopathy （39 persons,8.52%）,trauma （18 persons ,3.93% ）,corneal disease （12 persons,2.62%）,optic nerve disease （10 persons,2.18%）,retina detachment （9 persons,1.97%）,glaucoma （6 persons,1.31% ）,amplyopia （5 persons,1.09%）,and others （2 persons,0.44%）. CONCLUSIONS The main cause of visual disability was cataract.
