摘 要:目的比较两种剂量肾上腺素在长时程室颤家猪心肺复苏中的疗效。方法将16头家猪随机分为两组,分别为标准剂量肾上腺组(0.02mg/kg),大剂量肾上腺组(0.1mg/kg)。采用体外电击法制备室颤动物模型,并于8min室颤后依次给予2min心肺复苏,除颤,肾上腺素。观察血流动力学和自主循环恢复情况。结果自主循环恢复率两组一样,两组间血流动力学和除颤成功率差异无统计学意义。结论大剂量肾上腺素没有改善血流动力学,也没有提高除颤成功率和自主循环恢复率。Objective To compare the effects of two doses of epinephrine in a swine model of pronged ventricular fibrillation. Methods Sixteen domestic swine were randomly divided into two groups and received a standard dose of epinephrine (Sepi-gro,0. 02 mg /kg) or a high dose of epinephrine (Hepi-gro,0. 1 mg /kg) . Ventricular fibrillation (VF) was electrically induced and sustained for eight minutes. Then 2 minutes of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,shock and epinephrine were successively given. Hemodynamics and restoration of spontaneous circulation(ROSC) were observed. Results ROSC rates were identical in both groups. Hemodynamics and successful defibrillation rate had no significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion A high dose of Epinephrine does not improve hemodynamics,ROSC rate and successful defibrillation rate.
