摘 要:目的:检测Runx3蛋白在宫颈正常组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和宫颈癌中的表达情况,探讨其与宫颈癌发生发展的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及宫颈癌组织中Runx3蛋白的表达情况。结果:Runx3蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达明显减少,在正常宫颈、CIN、宫颈癌组织中阳性表达率分别为95.0%、66.7%和26.9%,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Runx3蛋白的表达与宫颈癌分化程度、临床分期以及是否淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05),而与组织学分型无关(P>0.05)。结论:Runx3蛋白的表达异常与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关。Objective :To investigate the expression of Runx3 protein in nomal cervix, cervical intraepithelial neo- plasia(CIN) and cervical carcinoma tissues and to explore its roles in the pathogenesis and development of cervical carcinoma. Methods:The immunohistoehemical staining technique (S -P method) was used to detect the expression of Runx3 protein in nomal cervix, CIN and cervical carcinoma. Results: The expression of Runx3 protein in cervical carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than that in CIN and nomal cervix, the positive rates in nomal cervix, CIN and cervical carcinoma tissues were 95.0% ,66.7% and 26.9% (P 〈 0.05 ). Runx3 protein expression was correla- ted with the histological differentiation, clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ), and had no relationship with the histological classification. Conclusion: Runx3 may play an important role in the genesis and progression of cervical carcinoma.
