摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜联合手术优势和方法。方法回顾分析从2001年3月至2008年7月36例腹腔镜联合手术的临床资料。结果本组病例无中转开腹手术,1例出现腹腔积液,经腹腔镜沿原切口进入腹腔探查,抽出积液而治愈,术后平均住院时间7.5天。结论只要严格掌握手术适应征,腹腔镜联合手术能有效地处理腹腔内多个病灶。Objective To discuss the advantages and technique of combined laparoscopie operation. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data in 36 cases with combined operation from March 2001 to July 2008. Results Combined lararoscopic operation performed in 36 cases were successful,there was no case inverted into open surgery. Only one case appeared ascites. The mean time of in hospital was 7.5 days. Conclusion The technique of combined operation for the treatment of multi - focus in the abdomen was improved to be effective as long as we can master the indications of operation.
