摘　　要：目的:探讨肾上腺髓脂瘤的CT诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析5例经手术病理证实的肾上腺髓脂瘤的CT表现。结果:多脂肪型4例,少脂肪型1例。1例合并出血、钙化。1例增强扫描无明显强化,4例瘤体包膜、分隔和斑片状高密度影轻度强化。CT诊断符合率为90%。结论:CT是诊断本病的有效检查方法。Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma（AML）. Methods：Retrospectively analyze the CT imaging of 5 eases of AML confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results： Among the 18 cases of AML, more fat-type tumor were found in 4 cases,while less tumor components of fat were shown in the other 1 case, 1 cases complicated with hemorrhage and calcification were noted. One case showed no contrast enhancement, capsule, septal, and patching of high density were seen with slightly contrast enhancement in 4 cases. The diagnostic accuracy rate of AML with CT was 90 %. Conclusion：CT is an useful examination in the diagnosis of AML.
