摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),微血管密度(MVD)在原发胃肠恶性淋巴瘤中的表达。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测35例原发胃肠恶性淋巴瘤患者肿瘤组织(肿瘤组)和距离肿瘤5cm癌旁组织(对照组)中VEGF的表达和MVD计数。结合临床资料进行统计学分析。结果肿瘤组VEGF强阳性表达率以及MVD数值明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。VEGF的表达与MVD呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论VEGF在原发胃肠恶性淋巴瘤中有较高的表达,在原发胃肠恶性淋巴瘤中VEGF的表达和MVD之间呈正相关。Objective To study of the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）and microvascular density（MVD）in the primary gastroenteric malignant lymphoma.Methods VEGF expression and MVD were examined using immunohistochemistry method in 35 samples of the primary gastroenteric malignant lymphoma tissues（group A）and the tumor-adjacent normal tissues 5cm away from the lymphoma（group B）.The relationship of VEGF and MVD was analyzed.ResultsVEGF expression and MVD were significantly higher in group A than those in group B（P0.01）.VEGF expression level was positively correlated to the MVD in group A（P〈0.05）.ConclusionVEGF is highly expressed in the primary gastroenteric malignant lymphoma,which is positively correlated to the MVD.
