制马钱子治疗脑梗死软瘫期临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察制马钱子治疗脑梗死软瘫期的临床疗效。方法:将65例患者随机分为治疗组33例与对照组32例。对照组采用基础疗法治疗,治疗组采用基础疗法联合制马钱子治疗。观察临床疗效、肌张力与肌力的变化,记录神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)与改良的Rankin量表(mRS)评分。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组为93.94%,对照组为78.13%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组的NIHSS均较治疗前明显降低,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组NIHSS比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组mRS评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组mRS评分比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组上肢、下肢肌张力恢复正常所需天数均明显少于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:制马钱子在促进脑梗死软瘫期肌张力恢复方面具有一定的作用,并能促进脑梗死患者瘫痪肢体功能恢复。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of prepared Semen Strychni in treating cerebral infarction with flaccid paralysis.Methods:Sixty-one cerebral infarction with flaccid paralysis patients were randomized into 2 groups:the control group (n=32) was given elementary treatment,and the treatment group (n=33) received elementary treatment combined with prepared Semen Strychni.After treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated,and the changes of muscular tension and muscle strength were observed.Meanwhile,the score of neurologic impairment was evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and modified Rankin Scale (mRS).Results:The total effective rate was 93.94% in the treatment group and 78.13% in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups (P < 0.05).NIHSS and mRS scoring in both groups after treatment differed from that before treatment (P < 0.05),and the difference of NIHSS and mRS scoring was significant between the two groups (P < 0.05).The time for the recovery of muscular tension of the four limbs was shorter in the treatment group after treatment than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Prepared Semen Strychni has certain effect on promoting muscular tension recovery and limb function recovery in cerebral infarction patients with flaccid paralysis
