摘　　要：在我国铁路现代化进程形势下,企业科技档案管理工作步入了新的发展阶段。介绍了铁路企业科技档案主要内容,分析了企业科技档案的功能,最后阐述了科技档案在企业科技工作中的作用。During the process of railway modernization in our country, the management work of enterprise＇ s technology archives has stepped into a new developing period. This paper introduces the main contents of railway enterprise＇ s technology archives, analyzes their functions, and expatiates technology archive＇ s role in enterprise technological work.
