64排螺旋CT对宫颈癌的诊断及分期价值

摘　　要：目的探讨64排螺旋CT对宫颈癌的诊断及分期价值。方法回顾性分析45例宫颈癌患者的临床资料。结果本组资料中的45例宫颈癌患者进行FIGO分期诊断,其中,IIb期以下37例,再经64排螺旋CT扫描的诊断,未检出9例,28例检出,检出率为75.68%,其中低估2例,判断正确22例,高估4例;IIb期以上(包括IIb期)8例,再经64排螺旋CT扫描的诊断,8例患者全部检出,且分期正确;由此可见,64排螺旋CT扫描定性诊断的正确率为80.0%(36/45);分期诊断的正确率为66.67%(30/45)。结论64排螺旋CT对宫颈癌的定性诊断正确率较高,但分期诊断的正确率并不理想,有待于进一步提高。Objective To investigate the value of 64-stice spiral CT in the diagnosis and staging value of cervical carcinoma.Methods The clinal material of 45 cervical carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results Information in this group,45 cases of cervical cancer patients with FIGO staging,which,Ⅱb period of the following 37 cases,and then by 64-slice spiral CT scan diagnosis,were not detected in 9 cases,28 were detected,the detection rate of 75.68 %,which underestimates 2 cases,judicious 22 cases,4 cases overestimated;Ⅱb for more than three （including the Phase Ⅱb） in 8 cases,and then by 64-slice spiral CT scan diagnosis,8 All the patients were detected,and the phases correct;Thus,64-slice spiral CT scans of qualitative diagnostic accuracy rate was 80.0% （36/45）;staging the correct rate of 66.67% （30/45）.Conclusion The qualitative diagnostic accuracy of cervical cancer rates by 64-slice spiral CT are relatively high,but the staging of the correct rate is not ideal,need to be further improved.
