Skp2和P27在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究细胞S期激酶相关蛋白Skp2和P27蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达,及其与非小细胞肺癌各项临床病理指标的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测82例非小细胞肺癌和20例正常肺组织中Skp2和P27蛋白的表达情况,同时结合其临床资料进行统计学分析。结果在非小细胞肺癌组织中Skp2蛋白表达的阳性率为48.78%,显著高于正常肺组织;非小细胞肺癌组织中P27蛋白表达的阳性率为42.68%,显著低于正常肺组织。Skp2和P27的表达与肿瘤的分化程度高低、淋巴结转移与否及TNM分期有关(P<0.05),但与性别、年龄、组织学类型无关(P>0.05),非小细胞肺癌组织中Skp2表达与P27表达呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌组织中Skp2蛋白表达与P27降解有关,提示这两种蛋白的检测可能成为非小细胞肺癌的早期诊断、评价其恶性程度及判断预后的重要指标之一。Objective To investigate the expression of S-phase kinase-associated protein 2 and P27 in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and their relationship with clinicpathologlcal characters. Methods The expression of Skp2 and F27 was evaluated by immunohistochemical staining（S-P） in 82 cases of primary NSCLC and 20 cases of normal lung tissue in control group, and the clinical data were analyzed. Results The expression rate of Skp2（48.78% ） in NSCLC was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissue（10.00% ）. The expression rate of P27（42.68%） in NSCLC was significantly lower than that in the normal lung tissue（90.00%）. In the NSCLC group,the expression of Skp2 and P27 was correlated with the histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage（P〈0.05 ）. There was no correlation of the Skp2 and P27 expression with sex,age or histological subtype（P〉0.05 ）. The Skp2 expression was negatively correlated with the P27 expression（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The Skp2 expression may be correlated with the degeneration of P27 in NSCLC,suggesting that the detection of the two proteins of Skp2 and P27 may be an important marker for the early diagnosis of NSCLC and the evaluation of its malignancy degree and ＂prognosis.
