摘　　要：目的总结三叉神经感觉根切断术的经验,分析其疗效及并发症。方法三叉神经感觉根切断术26例,慎重选择适应证,全麻下乙状窦后径路,找到三叉神经,根据痛区将其后1/3或2/3剪断。结果全部病例面部疼痛均消失,存在面部麻木感、耳聋、头痛、颅内感染、口角单纯疱疹、面瘫、脑脊液鼻漏、出血等并发症。结论三叉神经感觉根切断术疗效肯定,良好的技术是降低并发症的关键。Objective The summary of the experience, the amputation analysis and the complication of trigerninal nerve sensory root amputation. Methods Twenty-six patients＇ trigeminal nerve sensory root who were amputated. Those patients were selected through the fit indication. According to the patients＇ pain area,They were found the trigeminal nerve, treated with general anesthesia under sigmoid sinus posterior path which was sheared its＇ part of 1/3 or 2/3. Results The complete patients＇ face ache disappeared, but they had the complications of the face numbness, deafness, headache, encephalic infection, tegument pure herpes, facial paralysis, the cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea hemorrhage and so on. Conclusion The effect of trigeminal nerve sensory root amputation was confirmed. Meanwhile, the good technology was the key point of reducing the complication.
