摘　　要：《南宁平话词典》中有音无字的词大多是壮语借词,本文讨论这些借词的语义分类,语音对应关系以及词汇意义的变异,并讨论返借词现象。In the Nanning Pinghua Cidian （Nanning Pinghua Dictionary）, there exist a number of words wanting a proper written form, many of which are loanwords from the Zhuang language. This paper addresses the semantic classification of such loans, attempts to find out the sound correspondences between the two languages, and explores changes of their lexical meanings. It also discusses the re-borrowed loanwords in the Nanning Pinghua Dialect.
