HLA-Ⅰ和CD_(68)、CD_3抗原在大肠癌及周围淋巴结表达的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨HLA-Ⅰ和CD68、CD3抗原在大肠癌及周围淋巴结的表达。方法41例大肠癌组织,其中Ⅰ级14例,Ⅱ级17例,Ⅲ级10例。周围淋巴结共62个。用抗HLA-Ⅰ、CD68和CD3的单克隆抗体采用SP法做免疫组化分析。结果阳性组织中细胞膜和细胞浆着色。大肠癌组织中HLA-Ⅰ抗原阳性表达率为36.59%,CD68阳性表达率为26.83%,CD3阳性表达率为29.27%;3者的表达呈直线相关关系(r值分别为-0.6785、0.4327、-0.087,P<0.05)。淋巴结CD68阳性表达率为12.90%,CD3阳性表达率为32.26%。结论大肠癌HLA-Ⅰ表达下降和CD68、CD3浸润有相关关系。Objective To investigate the protein expression of HLA-Ⅰ,CD68 and CD3 in carcinoma of large intestine and peripheral lymph nodes.Methods 41 carcinoma tissues of large intestine including 14 cases of degreeⅠ,17 cases of degree Ⅱ and 10 cases of degree Ⅲ and 62 peripheral lymph nodes were detected for the expression of HLA-Ⅰ,CD68 and CD3 by SP immunohistochemistry with monoclonal antibodies of HLA-Ⅰ,CD68 and CD3.Results The expression of HLA-Ⅰ,CD68 and CD3 was positive on cell membrane and cytoplasm.The positive expression rates of HLA-Ⅰ,CD68,CD3 in carcinoma tissues of large intestine were 36.59%,26.83% and 29.27% respectively.There was a straight line correlation among the 3 factors（r=-0.6785,0.4327,-0.087 respectively,P0.05）.The positive expression rate of CD68 in peripheral lymph nodes was 12.90% and positive expression rate of CD3 was 32.26%.Conclusion The expression of HLA-Ⅰin carcinoma of large intestine decreases,which is correlated with the infiltration of CD68 and CD3.
