MVD、VEGF和bFGF与口腔颌面部肉瘤分化程度的表达研究

摘　　要：目的研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)与微血管密度(MVD)在口腔颌面部肉瘤(OMFS)的表达及与肉瘤分化程度的关系。方法对经病理证实OMFS患者57例切片采用免疫组化S-P法检测VEGF、bFGF、MVD的表达,对其相互间关系及与肉瘤分化程度的关系进分析。结果VEGF、bFGF、MVD在高分化肉瘤和中低分化肉瘤差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF、bFGF在MVD计数<28和MVD计数≥28中阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MVD、bFGF和VEGF表达与OMFS组织分化程度有关,对于OMFS的恶性程度和预后具有重要参考价值;bFGF和VEGF阳性表达率与MVD相关,预示通过抑制或减少bFGF和VEGF,可降低肿瘤MVD。Objective To detect the microvessl density and the expression of bFGF and VEGF in oromaxillofacial sarcoma （OMFS） in order to understand the relationship between the malignant degree of OMFS and MVD,bFGF,VEGF. Methods Immunochemistry （SP） method was used to detect the MVD and the expression of bFGF and VEGF in 57 cases of OMFS samples. The factors that could affect prognosis were analyzed.Results The MVD and the expression of bFGF and VEGF was significantly different between well differentiated OMFS and middle,poor differentiated OMFS. In MVD28 or MVD≥28 of OMFS,the positive rates of bFGF and VEGF were significantly different between them.Conclusion The MVD and the expression of bFGF and VEGF is correlated with the histodifferentiation degree,which may be an important parameter of distinguishing the malignant degree of OMFS and patients＇ prognosis. The expression of VEGF and bFGF is related with MVD,which indicates that VEGF and bFGF may play an important role in angiogenesis.
