摘 要:为了研究不同水平大蒜素对獭兔生产性能、血液生化指标的影响,试验选用40~45d龄獭兔80只,分别在日粮中添加大蒜素0(对照组)、0.02%(处理1)、0.04%(处理2)、0.06%(处理3)4个水平进行试验。结果:处理2平均日增重较对照组高,差异显著(P〈O.05),处理1、处理3高于对照组,差异不显著(P〉0.05)。添加大蒜素,对促进獭兔生长和降低腹泻率有较好效果,同时提高了生长獭兔的饲料消化率,结果表明:添加0.04%大蒜素对獭兔生产性能有促进效果,对獭兔血液生化指标影响不显著。Eighty rex rabbits with age in 40--50 days were divided into 4 groups to study the effect of additive allicin level (0, 0. 02% 0. 04%, and 0. 06%) to their production performance and serum biochemical index. Results showed that there was significant difference in daily gain between the group of 0.04% allicin and control (P〈0.05), but no significant difference in other two levels. Additive allicin could promote the growth, reduce diarrhea, and improve the feed digestibility for rex rabbits. Experiment indicated that 0.04% of additive alliein improved the production performance, but there was no significant effect on serum biochemical index on rex rabbits.
