摘 要:制备了自熔合金粉末激光熔覆涂层试件,在多次撞击疲劳试验机上进行了多冲试验。在MATLAB环境中建立了激光涂层零件多冲性能分析的BP神经网络模型,并用因素分析法分析得到应力水平比涂层厚度对涂层零件的多冲性能影响更大。同时,在MATLAB环境中建立了激光涂层性能预测界面,用该界面可以实现对激光涂层零件多冲性能的预测。Made the coating workpieces by laser cladding with the autolyze alloy powder and did the reliability test on the fatigue test machine which is applied to the repeated impact.In MATLAB, the model of BP artificial neural network was made to analyze the performance of the laser cladding parts under repeated impact load. It was concluded that the stress impacts the performance more than the layer thickness by using the factor analysis. In MATLAB, the interface was made to forecast the performance of the cladding parts too. By using this interface, the performance of the cladding parts can be forecasted.
