南阳烟区不同基因型烤烟烟叶年际间品质差异性分析

摘　　要：对南阳烟区2006～2008年间的8个不同基因型烤烟的化学成分和香气物质成分含量的差异性进行分析。结果表明:(1)不同基因型烤烟烟叶的化学成分及其比值均有差异,且部分达到了显著水平;云烟85、云烟87和NC89的钾含量较高、氯含量较低且其它化学指标均较适宜。(2)不同基因型烤烟烟叶之间中性致香成分的含量差异也较大,总体表现较好的有云烟85、NC89和云烟87。(3)综合分析认为,云烟85、云烟87和NC89 3个品种总体烟叶质量表现较好,适宜在南阳烟区推广种植。The variations in chemical components and aroma substance content in eight genotypic flue-cured tobacco leaves in Nanyang area during 2006～2008 were analyzed.Results indicated that there were significant differences in chemical components and their ratios among different genotypic flue-cured tobacco.In Yunyan 85,Yunyan 87 and NC89,the content of potassium was higher,while that of chlorine was lower,and the other chemical components were appropriate.The neutral aroma constituent contents were significantly different among different genotypic flue-cured tobacco,Yunyan 85,NC89 and Yunyan 87 behaved better on the whole.Comprehensive analysis considered that the leaf qualities of Yunyan 85,Yunyan 87 and NC89 were better,and this three varieties were appropriate to be planted in Nanyang area.
