摘 要:为研究动力总成悬置系统的动力特性,为悬置元件的设计和优化提供依据,进行了悬置系统怠速工况的运行模态测试和理论计算。首先测试了悬置元件的动刚度、静刚度、阻尼等参数,建立了Matlab计算模型,进行刚体模态计算。结果表明,怠速工况下采用悬置元件动刚度的计算结果与运行模态结果吻合,动力总成悬置系统的刚体模态参数不适宜在实验室环境下测试。In order to research the dynamic characteristic of powerplant mount systems,to server for design and optimization of mount element,testing and calculating study of rigid modal parameters were performed under idle working condition.The mount element dynamic parameters about dynamic stiffness,static stiffness and damping were tested.Then,the calculating model was built and the rigid modal in Matlab software was analyzed.Compared with static dynamic,the calculated rigid modal with dynamic stiffness parameter is consisted with operational mode under idle condition.The rigid modal parameters of power plant mount system are not suitable to be tested in laboratory.
