摘　　要：随着学校改革的深入发展,实验队伍在实验教学改革、科学研究、知识创新和人才培养方面发挥了越来越大的作用,但现有的实验队伍建设模式仍然还存在很多问题,在总结现有实验队伍设置及建设模式弊端的基础上,提出实验队伍建设模式改革应遵循的原则。With the deep development of the school reform,the laboratory technician team plays an important role in several aspects,such as experimental teaching,scientifical research,knowledge innovation,and training talents,but there still exsist a lot of problems for the construction mode of the laboratory technician team.This paper summarized the deficiency of installation and construction mode at present laboratory technician team of Huaqiao University,and a new reform mode followed principle of the team was put forword.
