摘　　要：随着医学模式和疾病谱的转变,社会老龄化进程的加快,老年癌症患者对社区卫生服务的需求日趋增多并越来越渴求较高的生存质量,老年癌症患者生存质量的研究成为生存质量研究的主流。本文就社区老年癌症患者的生存质量及其影响因素进行了系统阐述,希望能为社区卫生服务采取有效医疗护理措施提高患者的生存质量提供理论依据。With alteration of medical model and disease spectrum, as well as the rapid aging trend of population, old patients with cancer have more and more demand for community health services and hanker for higher quality of life. The study on quality of life for old cancer patients becomes main stream. In this paper the quality of life of the old patients with cancer in community and its influencing factors were systematically expounded so that to provide an theoretical basis in CHS to take the effective measures for raising the quality of life.
