摘　　要："民彝"的概念是理解李大钊民彝思想的关键。李大钊的民彝思想是他将中国传统思想文化与当时传入中国的西方政治学说有机融合的结晶,是探索中国自己的道路而形成的产物,也是李大钊日后转变为马克思主义者的重要桥梁。The concept ＂Minyi＂（ethic priciple） is the key of LIDa zhao＇s thoughts. His ethic principle is the fruit of his combination of traditional Chinese thoughts with the Western political theories introduced into China. It is the product of which Chinese people probed their own way. In addition, it is an important bridge which helped him become a Marxist later.
