摘　　要：分析了高校物流实验室的创新性建设的必要性,提出了学校应从管理制度上创造出激励创新的机制,应从实验室与院系教师在实验中作用的根本定位上,为实验室的创新性建设创造较大的发展空间。This article analyzed the necessity of the innovative construction of logistics laboratory,put forward an idea that colleges and universities should create innovation incentive mechanism in aspect of management,on the ultimate fixation of functions of both laboratory and faculty staff,tried to create much larger room for laboratory innovative development.
