摘　　要：人格属于大学生非智力素质,在高校教育过程中借助非正式群体可以促进大学生人格的培养。正确认识非正式群体特性,充分发挥其在大学生健全人格塑造中的积极作用,能够为高校思想政治教育工作提供新的思路和切入点。The personality education is concerned with the training of the university students＇ non-intelligent quality.Informal group among the university students is unique.It has an important influence on the personality.Informal group should be guided through helping to establish the personality and paying attention to the education.
