摘　　要：树突状细胞是目前已知人体内功能最强的抗原递呈细胞,参与抗原识别、加工处理和提呈,启动、维持并调控免疫应答。近年来,大量研究资料表明树突状细胞在肿瘤特异性免疫反应过程中起重要作用,树突状细胞与肿瘤的临床分期、浸润、转移及预后密切相关。这为提高恶性肿瘤的治疗效果,改善疾病的生存和预后提供了新的潜在治疗靶点。文章旨在对树突状细胞与恶性肿瘤之间的关系及其所发挥的作用进行综述。Dendritic cells（DC）are recognized as the most powerful antigen-presenting cells（APCs） with the ability to induce,sustain and regulate immune responses,specialized to capture,process and present antigen（Ag）.In recent years,numerous studies indicated that DC play an important role in the tumor-specific immunity.It has been demonstrated that DC are closely related to clinical stage,invasion,metastasis and prognosis of cancer.It conferred us a potential target used to improve treatment effectiveness of tumors and ameliorate survival/prognosis.This review was to summarize the function of DC and the relationship between DC and malignant tumors.
