补元聪脑汤对老年性痴呆大鼠行为学及GSH-PX活性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补元聪脑汤对鹅膏蕈氨酸(IBO)与β-淀粉样蛋白1-42(Aβ1-42)所致的老年性痴呆大鼠模型的保护机制。方法:采用IBO与Aβ1-42的混合溶液注射入大鼠海马区建立AD模型;并应用Morris水迷宫法检测大鼠学习记忆能力;用比色法测定大鼠海马区谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。结果:补元聪脑汤能明显改善AD大鼠的学习记忆能力,升高GSH-PX的活性。结论:补元聪脑汤对AD大鼠具有一定的保护作用,其作用机制可能与升高GSH-Px活性有关,从而发挥其抗氧化作用。Objective：Discuss the protection mechanism of Buyuan Congnao Decoction（BCD）to ibotenic acid（IBO）and the Amyloid β Protein Fragment 1-42（A β1-42）leading to AD rat models.Methods： To adopt IBO and A β1-42 of the mixed solution inject to sea horse area establish AD rat models,and apply Morris water maze method to examine study and memory abilities on AD rat models,Use chromometry to mensurate GSH-Px activity of rat models on sea horse area.Results： BCD can obviously improve ability to the study and memory of the AD rat models and increase the activity of GSH-PX.Conclusions： BCD has a certain protect function to the AD rat models,its function mechanism probably has something to do with enhance GSH-Px activity and develops its antioxidation action.
