内括约肌部分切断术在环状混合痔术中应用分析

摘　　要：内括约肌部分切断术能预防和治疗环状混合痔术后疼痛、水肿、尿潴留等并发症,避免肛门狭窄。但在临床实践中发现不是所有患者混合痔都能采用部分内括约肌切断术。文章目的是通过比较归纳寻找部分内括约肌切断术在环状混合痔术中的最佳应用指征。Lateral internal sphincterotomy can prewent and treat the Post-operative pain,Edema,Urinary retention,Anal stenosis and other complications of circular mixed hemorrhoids operation.However,in our clinical practice,not all mixed hemorrhoid patients were founded to be able to use lateral interal sphincterotomy.This articale aims to summarize the best opplication of indications to use lateral interal sphincterotomy.
