摘  要:M油藏属于低渗透裂缝性油藏,非均质性强,注水开发7年后区块存在含水上升快、产量递减快、稳产形势严峻等诸多问题,因此制订高效合理的稳产措施是取得较好开发效果的关键。在前人研究成果的基础上,建立了考虑启动压力梯度和人工压裂裂缝的数值模拟模型,采用有限差分法将数学模型在三维空间差分离散,用IMPES方法进行求解,在此基础上编制了模拟程序。模拟结果显示,采液速度为当前1.5倍、注采比为1.5、注水井井底流压为31MPa。M reservoir belonged to a low permeability and fractured reservoir with high heterogeneity. After 7 years of waterflooding there existed the problems of rapid increase of water cut,rapid depletion of oil production difficult of production stabilization,therefore to establish a measurement for rational and high efficient production stabilization was the key of effective production. Based on the predecessors' research,a numerical simulation model for starting pressure gradient and artificial fractures was established,a finite differential method was used for differential discrete in 3D space,IMPES method was used for solution,by which a simulation program is created. The result indicates that fluid producing velocity is 1.5 times that of the current method,injection -production ratio is 1.5,bottomhole flowing pressure is 31 MPa.
