摘 要:将联轴器耦合的多转子系统在耦合处分开,把耦合力作为单个转子上的外力,利用集总参数法和各节点的振动微分方程表达式建立了单个转子的振动方程;通过分析挠性联轴器作用在联轴器所在节点上的力,得到了各转子间的总体耦合矩阵;利用总体耦合矩阵将单个转子振动方程耦合在一起,建立了多转子系统的振动微分方程。通过求解多转子系统的振动方程,得到了多转子系统的固有频率、临界转速、幅频响应曲线、涡动轨迹等。A multi-rotor system with flexible couplings is divided into some substructures composed of one rotor at the coupled parts.The coupled forces are regarded as the external exciting forces for each single-rotor.The vibration equations of the single-rotor are obtained by using the method of lumped mass and the vibration equations of each node.The whole coupled matrixes of the two coupled rotors are deduced from the expression of the coupled forces.The global vibration equations of the entire multi-rotor system are established using the coupled matrixes.The natural frequencies,the critical speeds,the frequency amplitude diagram and the whirling orbit etc are obtained by analyzing the global vibration equations of the multi-rotor system.Finally,the feasibility and the reliability of the method proposed for vibration analysis of multi-rotor system with flexible coupling are proved through two examples.
