桑木屑、甘蔗渣栽培杏鲍菇试验

摘　　要：依据杏鲍菇Pe528的生长条件,以粤北地区主要农副产品桑木屑、蔗渣为主料制定栽培配方。采用室内层架熟料袋栽法栽培,综合比较杏鲍菇Pe528在6种配方培养料中的菌丝生长速度、菌丝生长势、子实体产量等指标。试验结果表明,F3(甘蔗渣74%,麸皮20%,玉米粉5%,重质碳酸钙1%)和F5(桑木屑40%,甘蔗渣34%,麸皮20%,玉米粉5%,重质碳酸钙1%)较适合杏鲍菇栽培,所栽Pe528子实体产量和生物学效率较高,且菌丝粗壮、浓密、洁白。In accordance with the growth condition of Pleurotus eryngii 528,the formula of cultivation had been made with the mulberry wood sawdust and the bagasse in northern of Guangdong. The method of steril material cultivation in plastic bag had been used on the indoor frame. The results showed that the optimum formula were the third formula （bagasse of 74%,bran of 20%,cornmeal of 5%,calcium carbonate of 1%） and fiveth formula （mulberry wood sawdust of 40%, bagasse of 34%,bran of 20%,cornmeal of 5%,calcium carbonate of 1%）. These targets had higher mycelial growth rate, mycelial growth vigor,fruit body yield and so on of P. eryngii 528 in six kind of formula.
