摘 要:高职生潜在的人力资源属性转化为现实的人力资本,始于毕业顶岗实习过程中其劳动力与企业生产资料结合之时。由于其人力资本功能具有其他主体人力资本所不具有的特性,在使用中经常遭遇价值贬损的风险,为此有必要从人力资本所有者主体(实习生)和人力资本经营者主体(企业)角度出发,结合整体观与个体观人力资本理论,建立投资成本分摊机制、企业主体有效经营机制、企业员工共同成长的职业生涯管理机制,从而实现高职生毕业实习期间的人力资本保全与增值。The transfer of potential human resource nature of higher vocational school students to reality human capital begin with the combination of their labour with enterprises' production data in the process of graduate post practice. Because that the functions of their human capital have some particular characteristics, which often confronts with the crisis of value depreciation in utilization. Therefore, in order to achieve the maintenance and increment of human capital of higher vocational school students during their graduate practice, combining with the theory of whole human capital and individual human capital, from the perspectives of the owner subject of human capital and operation subject of human capital, it is necessary to build the following mechanisms: investment cost contribution mechanism, effective operation mechanism of enterprise and the professional career management mechanism for common growth of enterprises' staff.
