摘 要:基于等厚干涉的基本原理,对光学球面镜片生产中光圈变化的原理以及光圈识别的方法进行了详细的理论分析。推导出光圈变化与照明光源波长、球面曲率半径、光圈数N及识别方式等参数之间的相互关系和表达式,建立了简洁的数学模型,并运用MatLab软件进行相应的计算机模拟,软件模拟得到的干涉图形与国家标准样板标准光圈图一致。这对企业指导培训工人和检验人员具有积极的意义,同时可应用于"光学零件工艺"课程实验教学。Based on the basic principle of interference of equal thickness, the principle of fringes changes when fringes recognition in the optical spheres lens manufacturing and the method of fringes recognition were analyzed theoretically in detail. The expression of the relationships between the fringes change and the parameters such as the lighting source wavelength, the spherical surface radius of curvature, the ring number N and recognition mode were deduced, a brief mathematical model was suggested, and corresponding computer simulation by the MatLab software had been done, the interferogram given by the software is consistent with the standard fringes pattern of national standards. It is of active value for the corporation training labors and QC personnel, which also can be applied in the course experiment teaching of "Optical Elements Technology".
