增大的肝尾状叶超声误诊分析——附17例病例分析

摘　　要：本文对17例增大的肝尾状叶超声误诊为肝癌的原因进行了详细的分析;并指出只有熟悉掌握肝尾状叶及其周围组织的解剖结构,并对肝尾叶区肝癌的临床特点要有充分的认识,才能对增大的肝尾状叶与肝尾状叶区占位进行鉴别.We analysed the cause that 17 cases with hypertrophic caudal lobe were misdiagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma, and pointed out that we only perfectly understood the caudal lobe and its peripheral lissue structure and the clinical features of hepatocellalar carcinoma in caudal lobe, we can distinguished hypertrophic caudal lobe from hepatocellular carcinoma.
