B超诊断子宫颈癌及其分期的探讨

摘　　要：本文总结了获得手术及病理证实的50例子宫颈癌的B超检查结果,正确诊断率和分期准确率均达90%,从而说明B超诊断子宫颈癌及其分期对于临床医生选择正确的治疗方案,决定手术范围及判断预后具有重要价值.In the present paper the ultrasongraphic finding of 50 cases of cervical carcinoma has been reported. In comparison with the results of operations and pathological examinations, the conformable rate of B-mode ultransonographic examinations and the accurate rate of stage-separation by ultrasonographic both are 90%. It is as being of important value that accurate stage-separation can help the clinical doctors to choose the treating program, determine the operating scope and judge the prognosis.
