摘　　要：目的了解甘肃省城乡居民口腔疾病就医行为。方法按照第3次全国口腔健康流行病学调查标准和方法,采用多阶段分层等容量随机抽样方法,对甘肃省789名35～44岁城乡居民进行问卷调查。结果41.57%的被调查者从未看过牙,乡村高于城市(P=0.002);在过去1年内,有22.81%城乡居民因口腔疾病就医,就医病因主要为急慢性牙疼;接受的治疗主要为拔牙、补牙和镶牙;就诊医疗机构城乡明显不同(P=0.000);私人口腔诊所比例最高;90.66%居民就医费用为自费。1年内未就医主要原因是牙齿没有问题、牙病不重和经济困难,农村居民经济困难比例高。结论收入低、自费成为制约农村居民寻求口腔卫生服务的主要因素;应加强基层口腔医疗机构建设和管理,提高其口腔卫生服务质量,满足城乡居民口腔卫生服务需要。Objective To find out dental treatment behavior of residents aged 35-44 in Gansu province.Methods With the method adopted in the 3rd National Oral Health Epidemiological Survey,a questionnaire survey on dental treatment behavior was conducted among 789 residents aged 35-44 years in Gansu province.Results Among the residents,41.57% had never visited dentists and the percentage in the rural was significantly higher than that of in the urban（P=0.002）.During the latest year,only 22.81% of the subjects had visited dentists and acute or chronic toothache was the main reason for their last dental clinic visit.The most frequent treatment for the dental clinic visitors was pulling out or filling a tooth or putting in a false tooth.The proportions of medical establishments visited by the subjects were obvious different between urban and rural residents（P=0.000） and private dental clinics were visited by the most of the subjects.90.66% of the residents paid their dental service costs themselves.During the latest year,the main reasons for those people who had no dental clinic visit were without dental disease,without serious oral disease,and with financial difficulties.The proportion of financial difficultiy for visiting dental clinic in the rural was higher than that of in the urban.Conclusion Lower income and self-paid visit are the main factors that inhibits peasants visiting dental clinics.Development of dental medical establishments in rural and in the community should be strengthened.
