摘 要:以AO技术为代表的坚强内固定技术已经成为口腔颌面部骨折的重要治疗方法。随着材料学及生物力学的发展,内固定的概念也在不断深化。本文结合坚强内固定的规范化应用,介绍了颌骨骨折固定技术的历史发展,并结合现代AO技术的要求,总结了近年来骨折生物学内固定的重要性和研究进展。Following the successful experiences with rigid internal fixation of the craniomaxillofacial region,instrumentation and hardware have been developed to allow stable internal fixation by AO/ASIF. With the development of lighter and more biocompatible implants,the concepts of internal fixation has evolved from the "rigid or absolutely stable internal fixation" to a "functionally stable internal fixation". The systematic and sequential choices of surgical methods are key factors in determining fracture treatment outcomes. We propose that treatment of bone fractures take into account the biological characteristics of the damaged bone to facilitate selection of appropriate plate and screw systems and repositioning methods.
