Free-edge六翼托槽矫治安氏Ⅱ~1错36例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Free-edge六翼托槽矫治安氏Ⅱ1类错的效果。方法选择福建医科大学附属协和医院口腔科2004—2008年收治的36例安氏Ⅱ1类病例,应用Free-edge六翼托槽进行矫治,对比矫治前后的头影测量项目。结果上颌中切牙角(U1-SN)及上颌中切牙切端至NA线的垂直距离(U1-NA)明显减小,表明上切牙明显内收。上颌支抗磨牙无明显前移。上切牙与下磨牙无明显伸长。下颌平面与平面无明显逆时针旋转。结论应用Free-edge六翼托槽可最大限度减少额外支抗的使用,并可避免传统方丝弓技术Ⅱ类牵引所可能导致的负面影响。Objective To study the method of the treatment for Angle＇s Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion with Free-edge bracket. Methods A total of 36 patients with Angle＇s Class II division 1 malocclusion were treated by Free-edge bracket. Lateral cephalogams were analyzed. Results The U1-SN and U1-NA reduced markedly,pointing out that the upper incisors adducted markedly,the upper molars hardly moved ahead,and the upper incisors and the lower molars hardly extruded. Conclusion Application of Free-edge bracket can reduce the use of added anchorage,and can avoid the side effects of the traditional Edgewise technique.
