摘　　要：目的评价3.0TMRI对纵隔肿瘤各征象的显示能力及诊断价值。方法对32例纵隔肿瘤行3.0TMRI成像,分析纵隔肿瘤MRI征象,包括病灶部位、形态、边缘特征、肿瘤内部结构以及邻近组织器官关系的检出及显示能力。结果 32例纵隔肿瘤中,术前正确诊断30例,准确定位32例,准确判断内部组织成分30例。结论 3.0TMRI对于纵隔肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断,显示肿瘤与邻近组织器官结构关系、推测肿瘤内部成分以及术前评估等方面具有重要价值,可作为纵隔肿瘤影像学检查的重要手段。Objective To analyze the performance of 3.0T MRI for the mediastinal tumor and to evaluate the diagnostic value in the mediastinal tumor by 3.0T MRI.Methods 32 patients with mediastinal tumor underwent 3.0T MRI.To analyze the performance of 3.0TMRI for the mediastinal tumor and the imaging signs including the tumor site,shape,changes around the tumor,the intratumor structure and relationship with tissue and organ on MRI.Results 30 cases of mediastinal tumors were diagnosed correctly in the preoperative diagnosis,32 cases of mediastinal tumors were positioned,internal components of 30 cases of mediastinal tumors are determined.Conclusion There is the important value to analyze the performance of 3.0T MRI for the mediastinal tumor and 3.0T MRI imaging can be an important imaging technique for the mediastinal tumor.
