摘 要:目的考察民营企业家子女的心理与行为问题的现实状况。方法采用方便抽样法,运用师生关系问卷和宿舍人际关系问卷对221名初一、初二、高一和高二的民营企业家子女进行调查。结果 (1)民营企业家子女在师生关系的各个维度上均存在显著性年级差异(P<0.05),初中一年级民营企业家子女师生关系的亲密性、支持性和满意度显著高于其它高年级的民营企业家子女,而冲突性则显著低于其它高年级的民营企业家子女;从性别上看,只在冲突性维度上女生显著低于男生(P<0.05),其他维度没有显著性性别差异(P>0.05)。(2)民营企业家子女的宿舍人际关系虽然以"满意"的积极倾向为主导(占60.2%),但民营企业家子女对宿舍人际关系的情感体验和需求不强烈,持"无所谓"态度的中学生所占比率相对较多(21.7%);在面对26个影响宿舍人际关系的问题时,大多数民营企业家子女认为原因在于双方,其次是室友;他们的应对方式倾向于选择"沟通"、"包容"和"忍耐"等。结论民营企业家子女的师生关系和宿舍人际关系需要进一步改善,对人际关系问题的归因方式需要进一步引导。Objective To investigate the reality of psychology and behavior of private entrepreneurs' children. Methods 221students of grade one and grade two in a junior middle school and a senior middle school, who are children of private entrepreneurs, were surveyed by using convenient sampling method with questionnaires on teacher-student relationship and dormitory interpersonal relationship. Results (1) There are marked differences in teacher-student relationship of private entrepreneurs' children from different grades (P 〈 0.05). The teacher-student relationship of junior grade one was more intimately, supportively and satisfactorily, but less conflict compared with those of other higher grades. From a gender perspective, there is no sexual difference ( P 〉 O. 05 ) in other dimensions except that girls are less conflict than boys do ( P〈 0.05 ). (2) The dormitory interpersonal relationship of private entrepreneurs' children has a dominantly positive trend of satisfaction (about 60.2% ); however, their emotional experience and needs of this relationship are not strong, and the rate of students with an attitude of nothing matters to me is relatively high (about 21.7% ). Facing with 26 matters which affecting dormitory interpersonal relationship, most children consider that the first reason lies in both two sides and the second one is the roommates; thus, they trend to choose the way of communicating, forgiving and enduring to cope with them. Conclusion Teacher-student relationship and the dormitory interpersonal relationship of private entrepreneurs' children should be further improved, and the attributive style of interpersonal relationships should be further guided.
