摘　　要：中国成功举办2008年"奥运会"、"残奥会"加速了中国体育大国向体育强国迈进的步伐,推动了中国体育的发展,高校体育更是进入了一个前所未有的发展阶段。近年来我国颁布、实施了《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》,在"健康第一""素质教育""终身体育"的思想指导下,全国普通高校掀起了新一轮的体育课程改革热潮,通过对普通高校体育课程改革与发展趋势的学习与研究,探讨独立学院体育课程的理论与实践研究,对新时期独立学院体育课程建设及发展具有划时代的现实意义。文章以云南师范大学文理学院体育课程建设实践为基础,阐述独立学院体育课程建设的总体思路、体育课程理论体系、体育教学内容的设置与体育教学项目设置的评价体系等。The Olympic Games and Paralympics Games had been successfully held in China in 2008. These Two great events have speeded up the pace of China starting from a good sports country to a super opwer and pushed forward the prosperous development of China＇ s sports. Meanwhile, physical education in college has started its unprecedented stage of development. In recent years, with issue and implementation of national teaching huideline on PE course for collage, in the light of ＂Health First＂, ＂Quality-oriented Education＂, ＂education for Lifelong＂, a new round of PE course reforms appears in colleges. Through some research of theories of PEcourse in independent college and some practice research after the study of the reforms of college, PE course and trend of development will be an epoch-making significance for the development of PE course in independent college in the new period. Based on theories of PE course and practice of The College of Arts and Science, Yunnan Normal university, the essay elaborates the general idea of constructing PE course in independent college, the theoretical system of PE course, the evaluating system about the set-up of PE teaching contents and teaching events.
