摘  要:对凤尾菇(Pleurotus sajor-caju)深层发酵液的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇革取物的抗细菌抗真菌活性进行了检测,包括对细菌、真菌菌丝生长和分生孢子的抑制作用.结果表明:凤尾菇深层发酵液的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取物具有较高抑菌活性,其中乙酸乙酯革取物对6种供试细菌有抑制效果,最低抑菌质量浓度在3.125~25.00mg/mL;正丁醇革取物对5种供试细菌有抑制效果,最低抑菌质量浓度在6.25~12.5mg/mL.两种苹取物对5种供试真菌菌丝生长和抱子葫发有明显的抑制作用,但乙酸乙酯相的ρIC50普遍低于正丁醇相.因此,乙酸乙酯相抑菌丝生长和抱子葫发强于正丁醇相.The ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts of the liquid from submerged fermentation of Pleurotus sajor-caju were tested for activities against some bacteria and fungal mycelial growth and conidium germination. The results showed that the ethyl acetate and nbutanol extracts of the liquid from submerged fermentation of Pleurotus sajor-caju had good antibacterial activity. The ethyl acetate extract had resistance to seven kinds of bacteria tested, and its ρMIC was from 3. 125 to 25.00 mg/mL. The n-butanol extract had resistance to five kinds of bacteria tested, and its ρMIC was from 6.25 to 12.5 mg/mL. Two kinds of extracts can remarkably inhibit mycelial growth and conidium germination of five kinds of fungia tested. The ρIC50 of ethyl acetate extract is generally lower than the n-butanol extract, so the inhibitory effect of the ethyl acetate extract on fungi was stronger than the n-butanol extract.
