摘　　要：研究中国主要沿海渔区分布及捕鱼方式,分析渔船船体小、驾驶台低、通信导航设备落后以及渔船船员自身素质低等原因造成的商船和渔船碰撞,提出商船在设计航线时,要充分考虑安全避让渔船,并采取保持正规瞭望和安全航速等避让方法。The article stated the distributing characteristic of coastal fishing zones and fishing methods in China and analyzed the reasons that led to collision between merchant ships and fishing boats with some defects,such as small craft,low bridge,backward communication and navigation equipments and inferior crews quality.Then advised that we should fully consider dodging fishing boats and assure regular observation and safety speed when we design shipping lines for merchant ships.
