摘　　要：祁太秧歌是地方性的民歌体小戏,其曲调蕴含了浓郁的地方韵味。从旋律的进行和旋律中偏音的运用两个方面,归纳了祁太秧歌精巧完美的艺术表现手法,体现了她作为传统音乐文化已有的艺术价值,从本质上揭示了祁太秧歌的旋法特色,丰富了民族调式的表现力,尝试秧歌旋律进行方面更多的可能性,进一步挖掘民族调式的内在美,为创造新时代性的作品提供理论依据。Qitai Yangge is a folk opera in Shanxi province,which shows a delicate melody in a perfect way. Combined the use of melody conduct and partial tune,the paper sums up its delicate artistic expression,demonstrates its artistic value in traditional music culture,reveals its intrinsic characteristic of melody and enriches the expression of folk tune. It also diversifies the conduct of the melody,further develops the inner beauty in the folk tune,and provides a theoretical basis for the creation of a new era.
