摘　　要：目的了解辽宁省阜新农村地区老年人群脑卒中的流行病学特征,为防治和干预提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样对7个乡镇≥65岁4 541名农村常住（≥5年）老年人进行了调查。由培训过的医师对调查对象进行了血压测量和相关资料的收集。结果辽宁省农村老年居民脑卒中患病率为7.73%,标化率为7.72%;其中,男性患病率为9.42%,显著高于女性患病率6.02%。不同乡镇间脑卒中患病率差异较大,范围为5.05%~9.06%。随着年龄（65~74岁）和血压分级的增高,脑卒中患病率呈明显的增高趋势,至75岁后略有下降。结论辽宁省农村老年人群脑卒中患病率高,应采取全面的脑卒中预防控制措施,以减少脑卒中的患病率。Objective To assess the current epidemic characterization of stroke among rural old groups in Liaoning province,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and intervention of stroke in the rural area for the government.Methods Through cluster multistage and random sampling,a resident（≥5 years） group of 4 541 people was investigated,who were aged more than 65 years in seven small towns of Liaoning province.The blood pressure measurement and correlative data about stroke were investigated by trained doctors.Results The prevalence rate of stroke for old groups in rural area of Liaoning was 7.73%,and the standardized prevalence rate was 7.72%.The prevalence of stroke for male（9.42%） was significantly higher than that for female（6.02%）.The variation rangeofstrokeprevalencewasfrom 5.05% to 9.06% in different small towns.With the age（65~74 years old） and grade of blood pressure increasing,the prevalence rate was obviously up,while lightly down with the age over 75 years old.Conclusion The results indicated that stroke was highly prevalent among rural old groups in Liaoning province.We should take comprehensive preventing and controlling measures to decrease the prevalence rate of stroke in rural old groups of Liaoning province.
