摘 要:分析了马氏体超高强钢的焊接性,制定一套包含焊接电流、回火电流、焊接压力、锻压力的点焊工艺规范,并采用中频、电伺服点焊设备进行焊接。结果表明,中频、伺服焊接系统可精确控制焊接电流和压力,适用于超高强马氏体钢铁的焊接;采用制定点焊规范进行焊接,飞溅少,焊核尺寸满足要求,焊核内部缩孔缺陷少,热影响区软化带较小。Based on a brief analysis of the weldability of martensitie ultra-high strength steel, a set of spot welding procedure including welding current ,tempering current,welding pressure and forging force was established.Then,intermediate frequency inverter & electric servo welding gun system was used to welding the martensitic ultra-high strength steel.The results show that intermediate frequency inverter & servo spot welding gun system can control electrode pressure and pressure precisely which is suitable for ultra-high strength martensitic steel welding.A joint with proper weld nugget size,less shrinkage and a smaller heat-affected softening zone can be obtained in less spatter welding process using the established procedure.
