摘　　要：在对太阳能电池的输出特性进行研究的基础上，利用单片机和直流电压变换电路，设计了一种模拟太阳能电池输出的装置。该模拟装置能够按照给定的太阳能电池工作特性曲线，进行模拟输出，从而解决了直接用太阳能电池进行后续应用研究时，外界条件变化对太阳能电池输出的影响。同时该模拟装置能够模拟不同的特性曲线，节省了购买各种太阳能电池的成本。Based on sufficient study on the output characteristics of the solar cell, a kind of simulation device simulating the output of the solar cell is designed, by using the MCU and DC/DC inverter. This simulation de vice can simulate the output of the solar cell, completely according to the working characteristic curve given by the solar cell. Thereby it can eliminate the outside influence on the output of the solar cell in the application research successively. And it can simulate different characteristic curves, consequently saving the research cost in buying different solar cells.
