摘　　要：在对国内外学生团队建设成功经验进行比较、研究的基础上，根据国情和校情提出了学生团队建设的构建思路，经过近8年的实践表明：按年级组建基本技术学习组，按项目组建有大一到大四各年级学生参加的课题组，教师认真负责地指导并严格过程管理，能使IT大学生在校期间既学到过硬的基本技术，又能获得项目开发的实际经验，为毕业后的发展打下良好的基础。Based on the comparison of the experience on the ＂students＇ team building＂ both at home and abroad, the paper brings forward the thinking way of team building according to conditions of our country and our school. After almost eight years of practice, it is proved the method to establish study groups of basic technique by grade and set up researching groups with students from freshman to senior by project it; feasible. Under teachers＇ responsible guidance and strictly process management, the IT undergraduates can not only get basic skills excellent but also obtain practical experience of project development which may lay a good foundation for the development of post-graduation.
